Construction Description
All Caglak Construction Ltd properties come with a 19 year guarantee from the government (Caglak Construction is a government approved builder).
Construction materials are guaranteed for 10 years.
All internal fixtures and fittings come with a minimum of one year guarantee (dependent upon the manufacturers warranty period)
Interior paint is cream as standard. It is changeable at the customers request, prior to moving into the property.
Exterior walls are painted with yellow and red weather durable paint which is guaranteed for one year. The external colour is not changeable.

Alternatively Didim Sun Properties have developed a good working relationship with some shops in the area and can help you to negotiate a fair price on the products of your choice. With several suppliers we are able to secure discounts due to the quantity of stock that we purchase through them.
Date of Completion
The Caglak Apartments 1 were completed in November 2007 and the Caglak Marina Apartments 2 will complete before October 2008 .

Payment Plan
The payment plan will be determined by the contract between the customers and our company. The payment plan will be written into the solictors agreement. Terms and conditions of payment plans vary upon the stage of a build. In the case of the Caglak Apartments which are complete, it is normal for the payment to be made, in full, within a month of the contract being signed but where customers need longer to complete payments, we are able to negotiate terms.
No real estate commission is payable on Caglak Construction own build properties.
