These villas are located in the up and coming Yeşiltepe “Green Hill” area about 20 minutes drive in-land from Altinkum. We are offering here an opportunity to see your home being built from scratch. You choose the large 700 m2 plot of land then agree the property specifications with our Architect. Our English speaking Architect, Kemel Yazci, has previously designed successful projects in Germany, Spain and Turkey. He will work with you and us to ensure that the property specifications suit your needs. He will then produce for you, floor plans, and artist’s impressions of the finished property from both an external and internal perspective. We will then build your home for you within the agreed budget and time frame.
Each villa is detached and can provide up to four double bedrooms. With the plot sizes being so large there is easily enough room for a private swimming pool, car parking and large garden surrounding these homes. They can be built over one, two or three storeys. Car parking facilities can be a hard standing or even an integral garage. The options available to you are almost endless. As the properties are being built we will send you progress reports and photographs at agreed intervals.
